608. how do u create a form spring

Go sign up for free, then on the last row where it says “free $0”, press subscribe. Fill out the blanks then your password is gonna be sent to the e-mail you have submitted & then when you get your password, sign in. Then press “create a new form”. Make up a Form Name, then bubble in “blank form”, then go to the next step & on the bottom, a pop up will pop up & press “add field” & you’ll have a choice of “short answer” or “long answer”. I suggest you take the “long answer” cause a lot of people like to ask long ass questions, lol. On label, make up a name or whatever. (i.e, mine says: Personal or not, ask/tell me anything!) Press save, then it gives you themes for your FS, then get the code & you’re set! :)
