Sorry cause there’s this guy who’s flirting with me a lot, &I flirt back too. Now he’s got me liking him now, but I’m not sure if he likes me back &if his feelings are true, because I think he’s flirty with other girls. Thanks!

Yes they do. It’s all about ego. Sometimes its not even about actually getting with the girl - just getting the boost out of trailing her along & “controlling” her subconsciously. I know guys that do this. I guess you can tell if they like you beyond flirting if they´re willing to take you out & do other things with you.. they would have to following up the physical flirting with a little something more. Why don´t you see if he´ll invite you out somewhere or do something other than flirt?
