633. Hey(: Well I like this guy & weve been ‘talking’ for about a month now. I know he likes me back we even hooked up (as in kissing) but one day as we were texting he tells me he’s not really looking for a relationship but he still wants to talk to me & hook up & stuff. I was kinda bummed because I wanted to be more than friends but I told him I was ok with it & he was all like ok good im glad we cleared it up, but every day after that he seems more distant, as in he wont text me that often and stuff, I know its lame but he texts me EVERYDAY so its kinda weird? So why is he being all distant if HE was the one that wants to be single? Hope that makes sense haha:)

He’s being distant because he wants to make it clear toyou that he’s not looking for a relationship. He’s basically telling you he just wants to hook up whenever he wants, no strings attached. It’s a really comfortable situation for him because he can still hook up when he wants, but doesn’t have to text you or call you always. He probably was texting you everyday in the beginning because I mean, he has to reel you in, haha. So now that he got your attention & you guys have talked about just hooking up & being just friends, he’s laying off the texting so much. If you really have a problem with being just friends, then you should confront him about it because you might regret it in the future if he ends up getting a girlfriend. Plus - I do not recommend being just a hookup buddy. That’s pretty slutty. Sorry, that’s just my opinion. Good luck.
